National Screening Room

Over 1.5 million royalty free stock photos and videos shared by their generous community. Search and download videos on an array of various topics. To find video clips on Pixabay simply choose "video" from the drop-down menu that appears in the right edge of Pixabay's search box.
Flickr
The advanced search tools within Flickr make it easy to find videos that have Creative Commons licenses or have a public domain designation. Enter the topic you are looking for in the Search Box then click the 'Any license' drop down to the left and select Creative Commons. To search specifically for video click the 'Advanced' tab (to the right) and select 'video' only.
